Looking to the Future
It's true, there is always change, but think of it as a way to keep yourself excited and learning new things along the way. I'd love to hear your ideas and share them with our colleagues so that we never become stagnant, afterall, the "best practices" are the ones we stole from those who know they work!
Balance
Do you ever feel like you don't have time? It's okay to make time for the things you love. My husband and I enjoy traveling to new places. We camp, ride Jeep trails, even spend time on tropical islands with friends. Trust me, I'm one of the worst at being a workaholic, but you can do what you love and love what you do!
